The NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance) aims to assist our lower-income union members to cope with the rising cost of living with a one-time cash relief. Eligible members will receive up to $150 to offset their day-to-day expenditure.
Who can apply for the NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance)
- NTUC Union Members with at least 6 continuous months of membership at the point of application and must not be in arrears
- Total Monthly Gross Household Income of $3,800 and below OR
- Per Capita Income of $950 and below if Gross Household Income exceeds $3,800
How to apply for NTUC Care Fund (Special Assistance)
The application period is from 17 February 2025, 1200hrs to 26 March 2025, 1600hrs. Please note that late submissions will not be processed.
Applications must be submitted online through the OneCARE System.
